40 Jahre Spiel:Ort – das HausDrei in Altona-Altstadt feiert Jubiläum

Vierzig Jahre sind eine lange Zeit, in der sich vieles verändert hat. Doch eine Sache hat in Altona-Altstadt seit 1982 Bestand: Das HausDrei, mit der Lust zu spielen, Dinge auszuprobieren und sich neu zu erfinden. Das Jubiläumsjahr steht unter dem Motto 40 Jahre Spiel:Ort und wird im Zeitraum vom 5. Mai bis 3. September 2022 gemeinsam mit den Menschen aus dem Viertel gefeiert!

40 Jahre HausDrei heißt seit nun vier Jahrzenten Stadtteilkultur in Altona-Altstadt. Das HausDrei bietet Kindern einen offenen Ort, an den sie zum Spielen kommen. Ein Spiel:Ort für Kunst und Kultur – Theater, Lesungen, Konzerte, Open Air Kino und vieles mehr. In den Werkstätten kann sich kreativ ausgelebt werden und die vielfältigen Offenen Angebote für die Nachbarschaft geben viel Möglichkeit zur Vernetzung und Selbstverwirklichung. Auch in Zukunft wird in dem ehemaligen Krankenhausgebäude im August-Lütgens-Park mit angrenzender Gastronomie gespielt, Dinge ausprobiert und sich neu erfunden. Denn genau das sind die Dinge, die einen Spiel:Ort für die Nachbarschaft ausmachen.

Anlässlich des Jubiläums werden der Park und das gesamte Gelände rund ums HausDrei in diesem Jahr zum ersten Mal Spielort des STAMP Festivals, dem Festival für performative Künste im öffentlichen Raum in Hamburg, welches 2010 vom HausDrei mitbegründet wurde. Am Wochenende vom 2. und 3. Juli 2022 wird hier eine bunte Mischung von Straßenkünsten gezeigt. Von der Akrobatik- und Jonglagekünstlerin Jay Toor mit ihrer Show „Holiday on Ice“, einem inszenierten Stadtteilspaziergang der Louise Schroeder Schule, internationale und nationale Zirkusshows, einer Drum Performance, Comedy Solos, Playing-Up (ein interaktives Kartenspiel für den öffentlichen Raum) bis zu Tanzperformances in Kooperation mit TANZ.NORD.

In der Zeit vom 29. Juli bis 3. September 2022 wird der Vorplatz des HausDrei bei Sommer im Hof wieder zum lebendigen Treffpunkt für die Menschen aus dem Viertel. Von Open Air Kino, Konzerten, Lesungen, 40 Spiele im Park, bis zu Nachhaltigkeits- und Kreativworkshops sowie Jamsessions für FLINTA*, findet am Spiel:Ort HausDrei während dieser sechs Wochen ein diverses Programm statt.

Den krönenden Abschluss vom Sommer im Hof bildet der Tag der Offenen Tür am 3. September 2022. Hier kann hinter die Kulissen des HausDrei geblickt und gemeinsam gefeiert werden.

40 Years Play:House – HausDrei in Altona in Downtown Altona Celebrates Its Anniversary

Forty years are a long time and much has changed. But there has been one fixture in downtown Altona since 1982: HausDrei with its passion for playing, experimenting and reinventing itself. This anniversary year is themed ’40 years play:house‘ and together with the people from the neighbourhood it will be celebrated between May 5th and September 3rd in 2022.

40 years HausDrei means four decades of neighbourhood culture in downtown Altona. HausDrei is a place where children can play, a place for art and culture – theatre, readings, concerts, open-air cinema and a lot more. Our numerous workshops are a place for creativity, giving the people from the neighbourhood opportunities for networking and self-realisation. The former hospital in August-Lütgens-Park and the adjoining gastronomy will continue to offer opportunities for playing, experimenting and self-reinvention. These are the elements defining a play:house for the neighbourhood.

To celebrate the anniversary the park and the entire premises around HausDrei will for the first time be the venue of STAMP festival this year – the festival for the performative arts in public space in Hamburg, co-founded by HausDrei in 2010. During the weekend of July 2nd and 3rd 2022 a varied mixture of street art will be presented – acrobat and juggler Jay Toor with her show ‚Holiday on Ice‘, a borough-walk staged by Louise Schroeder School, international and national circus shows, a drum performance, comedy solos, playing-up (an interactive card game for public spaces) and dance performances in cooperation with TANZ.NORD.

For Summer in the Yard between July 29th and September 3rd  2022 the forecourt of HausDrei will once more be a lively meeting ground for people from the neighbourhood. During these six weeks the play:house HausDrei will present a diverse programm, including open-air cinema, concerts, readings, 40 games in the park, sustainability and creativity workshops and jam sessions for FLINTA*. The highlight of summer in the yard will be an open house day on September 3rd, giving the opportunity for a glimpse behind the scenes and for partying together.

Während des STAMP Festivals im September 2021 haben unsere Guides nicht nur von Station zu Station geführt, sondern die Besucher*innen mit auf eine performative Reise genommen. Der Rundgang erzählt vom Wandel im Stadtteil, wechselt Perspektiven und überrascht.

Some are seemingly trivial places, but they represent incredible stories, others are favourite places seen in a new light, yet others are hidden backyards or enchanted paths.

During the STAMP festival in September 2021 our guides not only led visitors from place to place, but sent the visitors on performative travels. The round tour shows the changes in the borough in ever new perspectives and holds many surprises.
